He came from war-torn Sierra Leone to Florida at the age of 15 in 2004.〔 ==Career== College Toby played college soccer at the NCAA Division II level at Flagler College, majoring in Communications. He attended school there from 2008 - 2012, playing 80 games throughout his college career and racking up 25 goals and 22 assists as a midfielder.〔http://flaglerathletics.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=1378〕 Professional Toby previously played for Arizona United in the USL Pro.
